All payments charged with the myPOS payment terminal are directed to the myPOS online portal. The online portal
works both via the mobile app and from a browser. From here, you can see how much money is in the myPOS account and you can also transfer funds to the company's own bank account. Below are instructions for transferring money via the mypos.com portal in a browser, as well as for transferring money using the mobile app.
Using browser via mypos.com #
- Login to your myPOS account.
- Select "Merchant account" from the menu on the left side of the myPOS page.
- Click "New payment" in the top right corner, and then from the menu that opens, select the option "To bank account".
- After this, you choose from which myPOS account you want the funds to be transferred and to which account:
- In the "To" field, enter the desired account number, and you can also save it for future use, making the money transfer easy.
- You can also set the payment to be recurring by selecting "Recurring payment" as the payment type. You can set the entire account balance to be withdrawn by selecting "Entire account balance" from the Amount field, in which case you will not need to do this manually every time you want to withdraw the money in the future.
- Once you have selected the account to which the transfer will be made, you can choose the execution type. As the execution type, you can choose either "Standard transfer" or "Instant transfer". A standard transfer takes a few banking days, and an instant transfer happens immediately.
- Please note:
- The account number must be entered by typing it manually (the system does not accept the copy/paste function).
- The BIC code must be provided in international format.
- If you are transferring larger amounts or setting up a recurring payment, myPOS may also ask you to attach a document explaining where the funds originate from. For this, you can attach, for example, a text file stating that "The funds originate from the company's business operations".
