MID-certified taximeter
Cabman MDT is a MID-certified taximeter that meets all legal requirements set for taximeters.
The device is also suitable for KELA transport and supports taxi card payments.

The Cabman MDT taximeter can be acquired flexibly in two different product tiers: Cabman MDT Start or Cabman MDT Plus.
Both product tiers include the Cabman Data cloud service with a live map view, allowing you to monitor your vehicles real-time location and free/occupied status.
Cabman MDT Start
Cabman MDT Start is particularly suitable for smaller companies or vehicles whose driving mainly consists of app-based rides, school transport, and social transport (SHL & VPL).
Cabman MDT Start supports up to two custom meter tariffs alongside contract trips and official KELA tariffs. The meter also features built-in activity tracking to separate school transport, SOTE rides, app-based trips, and contract transport.
Cabman MDT Start can also be upgraded later to Cabman MDT Plus with a €290 Plus license.
Cabman MDT Start includes the Cabman MDT taximeter, a Cabman receipt printer, and a myPOS Go 2 payment terminal with no monthly fees and competitive transaction rates.
Cabman MDT Start set has a one year warranty.
Cabman MDT Plus
Cabman MDT Plus is suitable for taxi companies of all sizes and offers a wealth of features and functions that help in developing business.
Cabman MDT Plus includes the Cabman MDT taximeter, a receipt printer, a myPOS Go 2 payment terminal with no monthly fee, and an industry card reader that enables accepting payments with cards such as the Taxi Card and the MPK Card.
Cabman MDT Plus also supports Verifone V400m and NETS V3M2 payment terminals alongside myPOS.
Cabman MDT Plus includes the MDTDataService API, enabling integrations with external systems such as invoicing and payroll software.
Cabman MDT Plus also enables the possibility for dispatch system integration and taximeter connected alarm button.
The Cabman MDT Plus product package includes an extended two-year warranty for Cabman products.
Dispatch integration
Cabman MDT can be integrated with any dispatch system, and ready-made integrations are already available for systems such as Movit and Autocab.
The taximeter's dispatch integration reduces driver errors by automatically transferring trips, tariffs, and other trip details directly to the meter.
A distress button can also be integrated into the meter, allowing an emergency signal to be transmitted directly to the dispatch system.
If you choose the optional navigator or communicator, these devices can also communicate directly with the dispatch system.
This allows you to navigate directly from the dispatch view to the pickup location and destination, as well as message or call the customer or dispatch center regarding trip details.
Integrations to third party applications
Cabman MDT Plus can integrate to various other third party systems.
The data generated by the meter is available in APIs that provide information on completed trips, free and busy status updates, location data, and much more.
Pre-built integrations are available for systems such as invoicing and driving diary software, enabling you to easily generate invoices directly from taximeter data with just a few clicks.
Navigation
A navigator can also be added to
Cabman as an optional service.
When Cabman is connected to a dispatch system, navigation works seamlessly with the information transmitted by the system.
This allows you to navigate to the customer's
pickup location or destination with just a single touch.
