Refunding a card payment

If you want to refund a card payment for customer follow the steps below:

  • Login to your myPOS account via myPOS application or with a browser using the following link www.mypos.com
  • In the myPOS account find "Latest activity", and press "See all".
  • Find the transaction you want to refund and click on it so you can see more details from the payment. Make sure that the payment is the correct one and from the bottom find a "Refund" button.
  • Klikkaa Palautus painiketta, syötä palautettava summa ja lisää “Syy”, esim. “Väärä veloitus” ja vahvista tapahtuma
