With a browser using myPOS portal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Login to your myPOS account<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Press your name from the top right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Choose \"Documents\" from the menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Nect choose \"Document type\" and \"Document description\" from the top right corner. New menu opens when you click on the arrow icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Press \"Drop the file here or click to upload\".<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Choose the document you want to send from your computer and press \"Open\" and the attachment is saved. Note that the documents should be send as full document in one file. If the document has multiple pages or images, you need to first combine them into one file prior to uploading it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Once you have chosen to documnet and selected the document type and description, you van press the \"Send\" button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Note! Some ready made document templates can be found from \"Document type\" menu, for example:\n<\/span>
      \n
    • Power of Attorney, POA<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Source of Wealth, SOW<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      When the documents have been sent they go to verification team. Verifying the document takes around 1-2 work days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      With mobile phone using myPOS application<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Open myPOS application on your phone<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Login to the application<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Press the \"More\" button from the bottom right of the application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Below you can see a menu that opens, when you have done the previous steps. From here choose \"Documents\".<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Once you have pressed the \"Documents\" button you can see the documents you have already uploaded and you can upload more documents when yuo press \"Send document\".<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Choose the correct \"Document type\" and select \"Add document\" to add it from your phones files or gallery.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
