The account opening process is similar to opening a business bank account, so myPOS requires several documents, which vary depending on the company's legal form. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The myPOS account must only be opened using the link below to ensure we can apply the agreed commission rates to your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-1ab2cdbc wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-background-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size has-text-align-center has-custom-font-size wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/merchant.mypos.com\/en\/onboarding?ref=1005305#\/\" style=\"border-radius:5px;padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">Open myPOS account<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I open myPOS account?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list is-style-default\">\n<li>Proceed to opening a myPOS account using the button above. <em>NOTE! The myPOS account must be opened exclusively via the provided link!<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To register, you will need an email address, password, phone number, as well as personal and company details for your login credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the correct industry, i.e., taxi transport, and fill in the other required information requested by the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After registration, verify your email address (a confirmation message will be sent to the provided email address).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-children\"><span class=\"list-item-text\">Next, upload the required documents according to your company form. Documents are uploaded to the myPOS account for review, either via the myPOS app or on a computer through the myPOS portal.\n<\/span><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Note: Ensure that all documents are up to date and fully visible. Unclear images and incomplete documents will result in rejection. Rejection may delay the account opening process by several days.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a requested document does not fit into a single photo, combine the images into a single file. You cannot respond to a single document request with multiple photos of the same document, as this will lead to rejection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you need to submit an extract from the register of beneficial owners and it does not show the full ownership of the company (i.e., 100% of ownership), you must also provide myPOS with a shareholder register showing each owner's name, number of shares, and ownership percentage (%). Payments can only be made and received once the myPOS account has been activated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-children\"><span class=\"list-item-text\">In addition, online identification using a smartphone and a valid photo ID is required:\n<\/span><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify yourself via self-guided video verification (please ensure no other people appear in the video during verification).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify yourself via a video chat with a myPOS representative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-link-color wp-elements-2\">If someone other than an authorized representative opens the account, a power of attorney is required, along with a valid ID and proof of address for the person handling the setup.
